The Resilience Project

The Resilience Project

Achieve Wellbeing and Happiness at Home.

St Anne's, St Augustine's, St Francis Xavier, St Joachim's, St Joseph's, St John's, St Jude's and John Paul College
present the Resilience Project.

The project is a highly recommended program to teach young Australians to be mentally healthy. The program uses evidence-based approaches of Empathy, Gratitude and Mindfulness to building resilience, in order to develop positive mental health.

Parents are encouraged to attend the teaching resilience session, presented by life coach and motivational speaker, Hugh Van Cuylenburg, to learn strategies to support the development of a resilient child within a home environment.

The parent evening is designed to complement student resilience sessions and create a cohesive approach to developing resilience, positive relationships and connections within a family unit.
